Nonprofit Leadership Center

to strengthen organizations and communities.

CEO

Problem

NLC needed to collect meaningful data to help grow their organization, but they were working with a disjointed and outdated system.

Solution

dgcg implemented one cohesive database for existing information and rounded it out with an integrated website with built-in automation.

Results

Increased efficiency in day-to-day operations. A more comprehensive understanding of client interactions allowing for process adjustments to better assist nonprofits in the future.

We liked dgcg’s approach, and their business model. They were knowledgeable of the database that we currently had and didn’t force any particular viewpoint of their own. They just laid out options and then put together a dynamic team to execute the solution.

Problem

MOWA needed to cut down on the time involved in planning the delivery of meals to hundreds of people across the city every day.

Solution

dgcg adapted existing Excel spreadsheets to a relational database, adding automations such as geolocation and route planning.

Results

Shortened turnaround time for customer requests, increased interdepartmental communication, and allowed MOWA to keep volunteers in the loop.

dgcg really leveraged their resources to help solve our problems. They didn’t seem to have limits...in a positive way! Everything was an opportunity.
